Visit The Dream Layer

Your imagination awaits.A city built on concepts. The recently discovered Dream Layer has been the talk of many an inter-dimensional travel blog. This realm, inhabited by the warm and welcoming "thinkers", mysteriously shapes itself after artist's sketches and concept art from our world, and embodies them as ethereal tridimensional volumes. As such, it has become a key touristic destination for people wanting to escape reality for a bit, allowing them to dive into their favorite artist's pieces.Paper, cardboard, and thought. These materials that make up the different structures (and people) in the Dream Layer look just like those found in your local Arts & Crafts shop, because they are, in fact, those same materials! Want to get to the other side of a river? Draw a bridge on a piece of paper. Hungry? Draw an apple. If the thought holds strong, it will be visualized in front of you. Just try not to forget about the bridge, or it will vanish into thin shreds of paper. Here, it's the thought that counts, not how many support beams you can imagine.Visualization, and Materialization. The citizens of the Dream Layer City are Visualizations of people's own personas. Have a character that represents you? They probably live here! And any art, stories, or songs you make about them reinforces their existence in the city. The local folk theorize that after enough reinforcement, citizens of the Dream Layer might even Materialize, leading them to transcend the Dream Layer and encounter the Real World. This, however, has yet to be proven.Want to visit? You'll need a "buddy". If you've ever done papercraft before, this should be familiar to you! You can draw yourself over one of our FREE TEMPLATES. About

Hello! My name is Nick. Some of you may know me as that one thinker from up the hill with the telescope. I am the admin of this site!I created this website to try and help other thinkers navigate our world. Both literally and figuratively. This internet thing is pretty awesome but we don't have many websites still, so I'm trying to reach out to the real world and get some help to get our own infrastructure going! And I also heard some of us keep getting lost on the web, It just happened happened to me last night. So I'm trying to make a this into a "home" or a "base of operations" for thinkers to start their web navigation adventures from! Please enjoy the site!

Cartographers wanted!

Although many have tried,
mapping the Dream Layer in its entirety has been very difficult.
The ethereal, imaginative nature of the world itself makes streets and passageways appear, disappear, bend, twist, split and converge in weird, unpredictable ways.
We are starting a new initiative to map out the land in any way. If you want to contribute, you can submit your own maps with your preferred routes and districts to [email protected].Any help is appreciated!
